UPPER WEST SIDE APARTMENT COMBINATION

Saturday, September 28th, 2013

This full gut renovation of what was three separate apartments was fully designed a few years ago and put on hold. I reconnected with the client and his son by chance while skiing and after a few icy black diamonds the project was back on. What started as a bachelor’s studio had now absorbed two additional apartments, one above the other, to accommodate a growing family of four. A new connecting stair seamlessly connects the four bedroom, three bath home.
